LG8傾斜系列離心光飾機(jī)（研磨機(jī)）
LG8系列傾斜離心式光飾機(jī)由電機(jī)、回轉(zhuǎn)體、料筒、箱體及電器控制部分組成。四只料桶偏置在回轉(zhuǎn)體的四周，且回轉(zhuǎn)體軸線有一特定的傾斜角度， 當(dāng)通過電機(jī)與鏈條帶動凹轉(zhuǎn)體旋轉(zhuǎn)時，每旋轉(zhuǎn)一周，料筒的傾斜方向交替逆反一次。料筒內(nèi)的被磨工件、磨塊、磨液產(chǎn)生近似立體的“∞”形的相對滑動，在旋轉(zhuǎn)離心力的作用下，達(dá)到高效去毛刺、飛邊及表面光整作用。其光整加工的質(zhì)量與效率明顯優(yōu)于一般水平式離心光飾機(jī)。
